Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We try out best to ship items out same day when possible.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note: Processing time is separate from carrier shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

ForeverFindingsCo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after the carrier marks them as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
