Shipping Policy

We know your business runs on having supplies in hand when you need them, so we work hard to get every order packed with care and out the door fast. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Order Processing

• We aim to ship every order within 1 business day, and every order ships within 2 business days at the latest.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
• Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates below begin once your order ships.
• In a rush? Email us at contact@foreverfindingsco.com right after you order and we'll do our best to get it out even faster.

Shipping Within the United States

All orders ship from Texas. U.S. orders of $99 or more ship free with Economy shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping rates are based on your order's weight and are shown at checkout before you pay. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and may run longer during the holiday season or severe weather.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please enter a physical street address at checkout. If a P.O. box is entered, we'll reach out for an updated address, which may delay your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and much of Europe and Asia. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times can vary by destination and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We are required to declare the full value of every package and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, but we're still here for you. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out and we'll help you figure out next steps. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
